Do all import process formalities for raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and packaging materials including getting Proforma Invoices, order registration, insurance, banking, inspection, transportation, preparing shipping docs, and clearance.
Find new high-quality suppliers, negotiate, and find the best possible prices.
Arrange for domestic and local purchases in some cases.
Arrange with the bank to receive an allocation and reconcile with the bank after clearance.
Prepare reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in related fields.
Good command and competence in English.
Expertise in MS Office.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Proficient in NTSW's comprehensive trading system, order registration, currency allocation, currency purchase, settlement of obligations, etc.
Familiar with commercial laws (INCOTERMS).
Familiarity with EPL and TTAC systems.
Team player, responsible, committed, and honest to the corporation.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
