Job Description
The foreign commercial expert is responsible for the following tasks:
- Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company.
- Looking for new sources of materials, instruments, and equipment.
- Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence.
- Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price and quality.
- Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items.
- Obtaining the import licenses from reference organization (MOH-MOC-Central Bank).
- Following up on the customs clearance process.
- Delivering the items to the related departments of the company.
- Sending the necessary documents to the Financial Department of the company for payment to the suppliers.
