Job Description

The foreign commercial expert is responsible for the following tasks:

Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company.
Looking for new sources of materials, instruments, and equipment.
Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence.
Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price and quality.
Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items.
Obtaining the import licenses from reference organization (MOH-MOC-Central Bank).
Following up on the customs clearance process.
Delivering the items to the related departments of the company.
Sending the necessary documents to the Financial Department of the company for payment to the suppliers.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or an MBA graduate.
At least 5 years of experience as a foreign commercial expert.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Familiar with import regulations, customs formalities, and INCOTERMS.
Perfect command of English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ideal age range: 27 to 50 years old.
