Job Description
● Source and find the best local suppliers including traders or manufacturers.
● Prepare periodic supplier evaluations.
● Plan, execute, and coordinate commercial tasks such as related and monitor orders' process with suppliers, and prepare related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, customs affairs, transportation and transit of the cargo, and the related arrangements.
● Responsible to set up and monitor commercial activities.
● Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice for ship documents, customs cases, and commercial registration procedures.
● Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
● Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents.
● Supervise and control all shipping documents in all steps and keep all archives updated according to department instructions.
