Job Description

● Doing all import process formalities for raw materials, spare parts, and machinery including getting Proforma Invoices, order registration, insurance, banking, inspection, transportation, and preparing shipping docs and clearance. ● Finding new high-quality suppliers, negotiating, and finding the best possible prices. ● Arranging for domestic and local purchases from A to Z. ● Arranging with the bank to receive an allocation and reconcile with the bank after clearance. ● Controlling credit purchases from foreign suppliers. ● Ordering packaging material through publishing companies. ● Preparing reports for management.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in related fields. ● Fluent in English. ● Expertise in MS Office. ● At least 5 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical field. ● Proficient in NTSW's comprehensive trading system, order registration, currency allocation, currency purchase, settlement of obligations, etc. ● Familiar with commercial laws (INCOTERMS). ● Familiarity with EPL and TTAC systems. ● Being a Team player, responsible, committed, and honest candidate for the corporation. ● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. ● Self-motivated and able to work independently in a team environment.
