Job Description
- Evaluate and plan for needed machinery for our new under construction pharmaceutical factory
- Evaluate URS of needed machinery
- Communication with international suppliers to receive quotation for our needed machineries and prepare a vendor list
- Negotiation with vendors about technical and financial aspects of their quotation
- Follow up of production of our ordered machinery and Supervise FAT and SAT of them
- Registering PI and Invoices in the system and getting necessary approvals from ministry of Industry and ministry of heath
- Monitoring of all importation process
- Supervising broker for custom clearance
- Doing banking process for money transfer (TT or LC)
