Objective: foreign commercial activity Main responsibilities: • Responsible for getting general quotations and placing orders to suppliers • Responsible to check invoices and offers • Responsible to follow company's policies, commercial affairs and banking system in placing orders • Responsible to arrange shipment • Responsible to prepare customs release documents • Responsible to report to commercial manager • Responsible to record and keep records of orders and shipment • Responsible for technical sourcing based on special need • Responsible for date entry related to shipments.
