Job Description

As a leading supplier of products and solutions to Energy Industries, we have numerous local and international correspondences, customer inquiries, meeting & events. Commercial assistant is a key role in coordinating and organizing all day-to-day activities and correspondences as well all mid - to long term planning of meetings and events. Responsibilities: -Coordinate and execute daily administrative office tasks -Maintain and update central contact management -Coordinate and Follow up activities related to Seminars, Exhibitions and other similar events -Support the sales team for administration topics, correspondences etc. -Manage travel plan of Executive management as well as other required bookings in a structured way. -Coordinate and prepare documentation for Visa applications for SBG as well as foreign partners Candidates with interest in sales will be trained and can eventually involve in sales process too.

Requirements

-Minimum 3 Years of experience in similar role -Degree in Commerce, Finance, Management or relevant fields -Fully competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint -Very good command of English -Skilled and structured in event management -Skilled in commercial correspondences and letter writing (Farsi & English) -Age 25-35
