
Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities :
• Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (R&D, Sales, Marketing, QC, Logistics, and others) and external partners to ensure smooth information flow, effective collaboration, and timely follow-up.
• Meeting & Reporting Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases; ensure timely preparation, review, and filing of required documents.
• Quality & Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring compliance requirements, collect operational data, track non-conformities, and support corrective/preventive action processes.
• Administrative & Financial Support: Coordinate purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and invoice tracking; follow up on payments and ensure alignment with finance policies.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Monitor the timely delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods; resolve delays or issues in coordination with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Support the preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of production schedules to optimize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs related to production, logistics, and co-manufacturing activities; prepare periodic performance reports for management.
• Continuous Improvement Support: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency within the co-manufacturing operations.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide assistance to co-manufacturing partners to resolve operational issues and ensure alignment with company standards.
•Use of personal protective equipment based on activity.
•Obtain a work permit before performing non-routine and dangerous activities.
•Reporting incidents and near-misses
•Anomaly reporting based on the target (Unsafe and unhealthy situations and behaviors)
Major tasks and responsibilities :
Co-manufacturing assistant is operational support link between company and the production partners. He/she ensure smooth flow of information, materials, and documentation necessary to produce products on time within spec, and without error.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in FMCG CO (planning, production, procurement or qc).
Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic finance and procurement processes (PO, PR, invoicing).
• Team-oriented with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or quality control is an advantage.
