Job Description

-Preparing in-depth financial reports in order to effectively guide management (comparative reports, cost control and analysis) -Managing of financial resources and the ability to identify, analyze and directing the investments -Preparation of operating budgets and cash flows (in Rial and foreign currencies) to evaluate and adapt to the expected growth rate and planning of bank facilities -Optimizing the employee time/resources and job divisions within the finance department -Effective optimization of finance systems and processes -Preparing standard procedures in the financial system and creating databases on how to perform various executive tasks -Creating an electronic dashboard and elimination of the paper system -Determining the most appropriate structure for financial information registration system to provide the required company reports -Forecasting operating profit based on Rial or other foreign currencies -Measuring return on investment based on Rial and other foreign currencies -Managing and regulating the documentation methods in order for all data to be accessible in a timely manner but with high security considering personnel access permissions

Requirements

-At least 20 years of experience in finance, including 10 years of experience as a finance supervisor or as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) -Extremely diligent with high attention to details in controlling the accuracy of reports and all outputs of the finance department -High follow up skills on current affairs with consistent, systematic and automatic approach -Mastery of insurance and tax laws and being up to date with the latest regulations -Necessary managerial skills to organize, handle and manage all aspects of the financial department -Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize in managing tasks -Strong communication and public relations skills in conveying and explaining issues -Organized, punctual, reliable and trustworthy -Ability to establish effective communication with other company managers and government agencies such as insurance, taxes, auditors and familiarity with the latest communication methodologies -Power to detect operational bottlenecks and devise appropriate solutions -Complete knowledge of foreign trade financial systems, foreign exchange and matters related to manufacturing companies -Creative thinking and ability to analyze issues and obstacles -Responsible and proactive -Ability to prepare requested reports under strict timelines -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 40 - 65
