Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team! As our CFO, you will be responsible for the financial management of our company.
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Plan and perform risk management duties
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Identify operating improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze business opportunities/investments.
- Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Operating Plans, Long Term Plans, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
- Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the CEO and Company Board and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations.
