Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team! As our CFO, you will be responsible for the financial management of our company. - Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. - Plan and perform risk management duties - Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. - Identify operating improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze business opportunities/investments. - Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Operating Plans, Long Term Plans, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews - Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable - Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. - Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company. - Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. - Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the CEO and Company Board and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations.
