About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client’s design and engineering operations in the Construction sector. This executive role requires a strategic leader who drives operational excellence across EPC and engineering projects.
As CEO, you will define the company’s long-term vision, accelerate business growth, and ensure sustainable profitability while building a future-ready organization known for quality, safety, and engineering excellence.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and financial performance—expanding service offerings across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
-Set and execute the company’s long-term strategic direction.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach and service capabilities.
-Strengthen client relationships and lead major contract negotiations.
EPC & Project Oversight:
-Oversee all EPC and engineering projects from initiation to completion.
-Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
-Drive profitability, cost control, and long-term financial sustainability.
Operational Excellence & QHSSE:
-Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards.
-Promote a strong safety culture and proactive risk management across all operations.
-Integrate sustainable practices into engineering and project execution.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
-Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-disciplinary teams.
-Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
-Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to support digital transformation.
Risk Management & Governance:
-Identify strategic and operational risks.
-Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans for major projects.
What You Bring:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field (MBA or MSc in Engineering/Management strongly preferred).
-Extensive senior leadership experience in water & wastewater, oil & gas, or petrochemical
industries with strong EPC exposure.
-Proven track record of leading complex engineering and EPC projects.
-Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
-Deep knowledge of EPC business models and contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC, BOT).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in high-pressure environments.
-Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and QHSSE frameworks.
Must Have:
-Senior leadership experience in EPC-based water & wastewater or energy-related industries.
