Job Description

• Provide helpful feedback to strategy, and generate inspiring ideas in order to create even more high-quality works.
• Communicate with the creative team to ensure that all creative members reach an agreement on how to achieve a positive reputation and drive high performance of Nexensu creativity.
• Coordinate and manage creative resources reasonably to improve both effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review works monthly and quarterly, and assist in collecting outstanding works.
• Decide which work will be sent to represent the company at different national and international creativity competitions.
• Maintain a belief in being creative, and display the power of curiosity and creativity in daily life.
• Keep being patient, persistent, and hopeful for pursuing the “Big Idea”.
• Earn respect and trust from colleagues.
• Ensure that creative ideas are executed in an exceptional way.
• Responsible for creative and effective recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
