Job Description

● Assisting departments with the annual budget preparation process. ● Preparing and reviewing the year-end and periodic financial statements. ● Preparing the company’s annual tax declaration. ● Supervising cash flow and forecast accuracy. ● Supervising and controlling the company’s treasury. ● Supervising the relations with auditors. ● Ensuring that all bank credit lines are managed effectively and work with financial institutions. ● Managing all financial aspects and relations with tax authorities. ● Managing relations with social security organizations. ● Controlling and guiding the team with bookkeeping and following all necessary local tax and accounting procedures. ● Supervising the receivables from local and foreign clients (Funds, PMAs, Advisory mandates). ● Keeping records/implementing financial aspects of shareholding changes and related payments. ● Supervising and developing the finance and accounting team. ● Assisting with hiring and terminations of the finance and accounting team. ● Setting objectives for subordinator positions and performance evaluation. ● Assisting with finance and accounting team with all position KPIs extracting. ● Promoting corporate culture and adherence to company principles.
