Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Channel Development Manager to help us expand our channels. In this role, you will work closely with our senior team and sales staff to provide strategic market and competitor insights and be able to identify and execute plans that will allow "Zarrin" to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares across Iran.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and drive strategic multi-channel expansion plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
  • Set, monitor, and report Channel performance indicators and goals.
  • Prepare and manage channel visit plans.
  • Build relationships with partners, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize/strengthen the overall GTM (Go-To-Market) capabilities and exploring B2C opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and monitor competition.
  • Product launch planning coordination with Marketing, Sales, and After Sales Team to ensure success in all launches.

Requirements

  • The candidate needs to be comfortable in being a strategic doer and tactical marketing operations. You will need to be hands-on in crafting strategic messaging and content creation.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • At least 8 years of experiences in business/channel development in FMCG industry with proven track records of success.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to navigate in a growing environment.
  • Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
