Job Description

The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be supporting change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, achievement of results and outcomes Roles and responsibilities: • Ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time • Supporting change management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance • Supporting communication efforts in change projects • Supporting training efforts in change projects • Supporting and engaging senior managers in change projects • Supporting organizational transformation and change management plans • Coordinate efforts with other specialists in change projects • Integrate change management activities into project plan • Evaluate and ensure change readiness • Track and report change issues to related stakeholders • Measure key success metrics and report change progress

Requirements

Experience: Experienced Change management Expert with a demonstrated history of working in Telecom or ICT industry, Skilled in change management, Business Process management, organizational development and organizational excellence • knowledge of change management methodologies and tools • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere • Forward-looking with a holistic approach • System and design thinking abilities • Problem solving and root cause identification skills • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle • Experience with large-scale organizational (TELECOM or ICT is plus) • Change management certification or designation desired • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
