Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an executive secretary for the main office managing all office internal affairs •Main Responsibilities: -Answering phone calls -Sending and receiving faxes -Responding to email inquiries -Assisting the management in other tasks and activities -Coordinating meetings and appointments -Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents -Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings -Receive and send instructions to the units -Excellent communication, organizational and written skills (Typing Persian/English) -Reporting to: Managing Director -Working Hours: Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

Requirements

-Minimum 10 years related experience -Honesty and personal maturity- Intelligence -Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet -High level of organization and self-discipline -High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning -Ability to coordinate multiple activities -Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work -Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations -High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Typing skills without difficulty both in English and Farsi -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
