Job Description

  • Manage the arrangement and appointment agenda of the CEO in all; meetings, interviews, visits, occasions, and normal activities.
  • Organize and prepare travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Manage the in and out communications system such as telephone calls reception and messages reception, transactions, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and executives by preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents and handling information.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, performing basic bookkeeping, and maintaining databases.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Perfect attention to detail and multitasking skills with a teamwork spirit.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional with a positive attitude.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar job.
