Job Description

- Assist the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. - Draft reports, letters of solicitation; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with customers and partners. - Support President/CEO in his external commitments - Managing running costs of the office (petty cash) - Answering phone calls - Sending memo notes - Arranging contracts - Answering phone calls. Reporting to: CEO.

Requirements

Must have/ be: - Under 30 years old - At least a bachelor's degree - Fluent in English - Computer literate - High communication skills - Being Confident - Well dressed - Organized - Being Patient - Trustworthy - Detail oriented
