Job Description

- Preparing daily agenda for CEO - Managing and coordinating meeting, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs - Coordinating internal and external meetings - Preparing and managing correspondences, reports and documents - Following up tasks as delegated by the Director - Coordinating office management activities - Acting as the CEO's first point of contact with people from both inside & outside the organization - Managing other assistants and clerks for on time and smooth flow of office operation - Working closely with all Directors - Handling quest problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion - Providing Special information and direction to guests requiring special needs - Serving as a line of communication from the employees to upper management - Making arrangements for meeting and conferences - Meeting schedules and time lines - Coordinating all public relation activities - Performing the best activity based on all CEO orders

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's degree - 5 years of related experience - Strong in MS- Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. - Familiar with English - Strong in English and Persian Typing. - Gender: Female - Age Range: 25 - 35
