Controls well operation methods (Natural flow well operations, Well operation with ESP) and Process facilities operation, pipelines, and activities.
Ensures that the field operates and complies with HSE rules and regulations of IRI as well as the ZNV/KNGP HSE IMS.
Controls well operation in complicated conditions (excessive gas content, hydrate formation, high viscosity emulsions, high viscosity oil, high downhole temperatures, scaling, and production of solid fines).
Controls and ensure timely order of necessary reagents, equipment, spare parts, transportation, and other necessary materials for work and issuing appropriate WSR.
Controls and coordination of on-site processes (Wells, Oil Gathering system, Process facilities, pipelines, personnel, transportation, activities, and services).
Ensures smooth execution of production plans, and takes preventive measures to avoid and eliminate violations in the production process.
Prepares daily production, process, and activities reports and other related reports.Prepares plans, schedules, and procedures report templates.
Participates in the commissioning of work performed by contractors, service organizations, and personnel of the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and technical devices.
Controls the implementation of approved technological regimes of wells, well equipment, well pipelines, and process facilities.
Provides audits and inspections including leadership safety audits.
Prepares and provides statistical, managerial, and other required reports.Performs any related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or relevant professional certifications.
At least 1 year of management experience in the relevant professional area; 5 years of professional experience; 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
