The main focal point for all accommodation, soft service, and transportation-related processes.
Responsibilities:
Supervising routine and emergency activities of the subordinates.
Managing 3 different accommodation camps and off-plot facilities.
Strategic and operational planning of logistic processes and resources, materials and labor, office and accommodation space, transportation, etc.
Daily verification and approval of work performance reports, and POB reports.
Transport fleet management.
Camp management.
Bed space management.
Preparation of work and purchase orders, requests for quotations, technical requirements, work service requests.
Service Contract section compliance checks.
Arranging special events.
Monitoring Canteen working process.
Drafting and approval of canteen menu.
Ensuring all the logistics affairs comply with Company HSE standards and requirements.
QC of the meals, housekeeping and transport services provided by the contractor.
Monitoring and approval of Contractor’s invoices.
Hygiene and food safety inspections, sanitary control in kitchen and food storages.
Monitoring consistency of the services provided with the invoices.
Office management.
Providing comprehensive support to all ZNV/KNGP/PVCMK Oilfield and BT staff.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in logistics and transportation; 5 years of managerial experience in logistics; at least 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry preferably in international projects.
UI English competency.
Ready to work under stress.
Ready to work for 4 weeks on-site and 4 weeks at home.
