Job Description

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Evaluate the progress of all activities on the site and ensure all activities are performed based on an approved schedule.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.

Requirements

  • Graduated in Electrical Engineering (top universities will be considered as a priority).
  • Good knowledge of English is a high priority.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MSP).
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with financial and technical reporting and analysis.
