Job Description

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. - Determines requirements by working with customers. - Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems. - Answers incoming calls according to department guidelines.

- Excellent verbal communication skills - Telephone skills - Friendly and pleasant manner - Data entry skills - Typing and word processing skills - Documentation skills - Active listening skills - Attention to detail - Problem solving skills - Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers. - Available for 3 Month of training, Saturday – Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. - Flexibility to work evening and weekends due to business needs - Adapt to a fast pace and ever changing environment. - Medium acquaintance of network knowledge (Network+ ) - Acquaintance with the ADSL/4G technology and the ADSL/4G modem settings.
