Requirements

- Having a bachelor's degree or higher in the fields of hotel management, cooking, hospitality, catering and restaurant MBA. - Having 5 years of useful and effective work experience in restaurant and cafe management. - Familiarity with management principles and concepts such as planning, organizing, coordination, leadership and control (supervision). - Relative fluency in English. - Having knowledge about the principles and methods of human resource management, including recruitment, training, employment, maintenance, salaries and benefits, rewards, punishment, control and supervision of employees. - Familiarity with accounting, financial, pos and warehouse software of cafes and restaurants. - Teamwork and collaborations in the workspace. - Having communication skills, negotiation, stress tolerance and work pressures and high public relations power. - Having skills related to the principles, techniques and methods of working in different sections of cafes and restaurants such as cash register, kitchen, bar, cafe and hall. - Creativity, innovation and decision-making power to solve problems and challenges in the cafe and restaurant sector. - Mastering the principles and methods of establishing health, safety and ergonomics in the workplace. - Accepting and observing the standards and professional-ethical codes of job and organization.
