Job Description
- Maintain a keen awareness of marketplace competition and keep executive management united through effective communication.
- Develop business strategy and aligned with business group direction.
- Updated knowledge on evolving category situation/ brand performance, market trends, share evolution, consumer immersion, and feedback, brand analysis, and activity-specific analysis.
- Responsible for continually developing Solicos brand, and building increasing awareness in the marketplace.
- Drive and lead all actions required to develop marketing plans aligned with overall business group plans.
- Develop commercial plans in coordination with supply chain, production, sales, and trade marketing.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry (the food/confectionary industry is considered privileged).
- Experience in multinational companies or having the experience of being CEO is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferably from top universities).
- A clear understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mastery of conflict management.
- Business acumen; mature in confectionary business processes such as production, sales, and supply chain.
- Fluent in English.
- Result-oriented.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
