Job Description

Senior BI specialist will support the Business Intelligence team to extract organizational data and knowledge, transform abstract information from data analyses into comprehensible and attractive visuals that bring data to life. The candidate will work with SQL Server package include (Data tools, SSAS multidimensional and Tabular Model) in order to prepare all Measures, KPIs, and analytical models. ● Leverage data visualization and automation to create efficient dashboards and reports. ● Design, build and deploy visually appealing integrated dashboards. ● Work with multiple data sources(MySQL, Mongo, Excel). ● Deliver data-driven actionable insights for improving multi-channel digital marketing efforts and performance. ● Collaborate with internal departments and team members. ● Work directly using data warehouse data in order to create dashboards. ● Create, update, and maintain data warehouse models regularly. ● Strong understanding of business process flow and data flow.

Requirements

● Very strong T-SQL and SQL Skills. ● Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and other data consolidation and presentation tools. ● Good knowledge of database administration. ● Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and SSAS (both multidimensional and tabular models) is required. ● MDX and DAX are required. ● Ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels. ● Should have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude. ● Strong interpersonal communication. ● Basic knowledge of Big Data technologies is a plus (Mongo DB). ● Familiar with statistical analysis techniques. ● Hands-on R and Python programming knowledge (especially with JavaScript) is a plus.
