Job Description

• Team building (visitors), having idea about distribution strategy in assigned area, being able to travel across the country in order to find new distributors and knowing current distributors in lubricant market. • Having market knowledge and being able to create the competitor’s SWOT. • Having idea about specifications/premium packaging standards based on the good knowledge of lubricants specifications, finding equivalence and production process. • Being familiar to work with a well-known European brand. • Building a team, leadership, goal setting and review, development and follow-up, performance, etc. for the related sales team(visitors) and see that responsibilities are assigned, executed, & completed according to schedule and developing target. • Being completely familiar with retail and wholesales network in order to oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores’ departments along with wholesales and marketing department. • Developing a complete understanding of the marketplace and creating product programs superior to the competition. • Market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers. • Expand business within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

- 5 experience with the same job group - Enough knowledge on market development issues - Ability to team building and team leading - Ability to presentation and negotiation - Problem-solving - Result Oriented - Working well under pressure
