Job Description

Business Development Expert (Full Time; Completely Remote):

PERSOL is expanding its business development team aiming to extend its product portfolio and target markets. If you have experience in international market research, are proficient in data gathering and analysis, and are interested in scouting market trends, please send us your resume.

Roles:

Conducting international market research projects based on the business objectives and the sales department needs
Gathering and analyzing data from products, customers, prices, and competitors in domestic and global markets.
Analyzing competitors, industry, and business environment to increase business competitiveness.
Exploring market trends to offer investment opportunities.
Communicating with players in domestic and international markets.
Identifying best practices to answer business needs.
Providing analytical reports.

Requirements

At least two years of proven experience in international market research.
Deep understanding of data gathering and market research methods.
Mastery of extracting insights from raw data.
Working knowledge of data modeling and analyzing in MS Excel.
Proficiency in business communication in English.
Familiarity with import process in Iran.
Skilled in advanced search, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
High Ability in documentation, presentation, and data visualization.
Interested in communicating with commercial companies.
Commitment to project deadlines.
Compatibility with full remote work (presence of two days per month at the company location).
Experience in commodity importing is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management (Marketing or Commercial); or an MBA graduate
UI level in English.
