Job Description

Responsible for developing the business side of an organization.
Identify rising business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Evaluate the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential.
Rely on knowledge, theory, and hands-on experience to help businesses grow.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions.
Increase company revenue and maximize profits.
Help the company to become as successful as it can be.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

Requirements

Pharmacist (PharmD).
At least 5 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowing all about pharmaceuticals and products is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts, and navigate through office politics to get things done.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Able to set goals, plan and manage projects, manage the risks involved, calculate budgets, cost, time, and teams working on ongoing projects.
Need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills. Necessary to benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead of it.
High competency working with Microsoft Office.
Minimum age: 30 years old.
Fluent in English.
