Job Description

● Manage both our existing sales pipelined and develop new business opportunities and improve sales through various methods. ● Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships. ● Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets. ● Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration. ● Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals. ● Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business. ● Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy. ● Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company. ● Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals. ● Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. ● Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Management. ● Project management skills include setting goals, planning, and managing projects, managing the risk involved, calculating budgets, cost, time, and teams working on ongoing projects. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Familiar with business planning. ● Strong research and strategic analysis skills. ● Proven ability to plan and manage resources. ● Ability to deliver presentations. ● Familiar with BI.
