Job Description

We are Looking for Someone who has a deep knowledge of the local and international market for our services, find opportunities as well as taking responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal. Responsibilities: - Qualify potential customers, leveraging sales/marketing tools, qualification frameworks, and Pishgaman's service portfolio. - Identify events and strategies that should be employed to improve the quantity and quality of lead generation. - Work as the key account managers for our key accounts in cooperation with project managers to penetrate new accounts, developing initiatives based on their business needs and requirements. - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. - Validate results to assure compliance with industry standards and/or specific project requirement. - Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Keep informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, ability to process and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data with attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Persian and English. • Strong educational achievement, Master studies or equivalent in a field requiring research skill development, such as economics ,MBA, or related fields. • Ability to work both independently and in a team. • Reliable, responsible, committed to producing quality work, motivation, high levels of accuracy, and flexible actions.
