Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Director to lead our application's strategies. In this role, you’ll conduct a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and designers working on our app platform in this role. You’ll be responsible to support new and existing products in the payment or tourism industry. You’ll also be the central hub of Market Intelligence, Product Design, and Tech to develop solutions for our revenue growth. You'll work among developers and designers in a fast-growing environment. The role requires a mix of great technical depth, principled thinking, and well-honed product judgment. Given the three-sided nature of our business, you will not have the luxury of having tunnel vision for only one area; rather, you will need to think holistically and understand the business deeply to set the right long-term strategy for the company. You will love this opportunity because you will: ● Be the one driving our strategic vision for our product. ● Develop and execute a product roadmap through close collaboration with senior leadership, developers, business intelligence, UI/UX designers, and other teams. ● Translate customer needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and a deep understanding of the payments and tourism landscape. ● Oversee the development and management of real-time systems to record revenue and costs. ● Lead product managers across the company to guide and develop capabilities for new and existing products. ● Establish business cases and projected return on investment to identify and prioritize opportunities.
