POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a talented Business Development Associate to effectively support and execute business development activities that directly drive growth. You will be expected to take ownership of pipeline-building and client engagement, operating with strong execution discipline across research, outreach, and deal support—leveraging AI tools to work faster, stay organized, and scale your impact.
Your responsibilities include:
· Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new clients, competitors, and white-space opportunities, using AI-assisted research and synthesis tools to accelerate insight generation
· Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders through structured, consistent engagement
· Strategy: Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, client service plans, and go-to-market initiatives, informed by data and AI-supported analysis
· Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with various audiences, including decision-makers, while using AI tools to refine messaging and tailor outreach
· Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to coordinate and implement growth strategies efficiently
· Documentation: Draft business plans, sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and outreach documents with clarity and precision, increasing speed and consistency through AI-assisted drafting and iteration
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Find and qualify potential leads using structured, repeatable processes supported by AI-powered research and enrichment tools
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, needs, and pain points of qualified leads
• Create and maintain organized lists, notes, and reports of prospects, customers, and partners with high data hygiene
• Initiate communication and set appointments with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Pitch, present, and promote value propositions, products, or services through email, phone, social media, and events—iterating outreach copy efficiently with AI support
• Follow up and nurture leads to move them along the pipeline with consistent momentum and discipline
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to provide feedback, insights, and support for business development efforts
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, agreements, and other documents required to progress opportunities—reducing cycle time through AI-assisted workflows
