Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst:
● Develop and automate reports for the needs of stakeholders working with functional leads and other stakeholders to establish the right metrics for monitoring the business.
● Evaluate business processes, perform requirements analysis, and uncover areas for improvement and development.
● Conduct multiple research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems.
● Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements while capturing customer needs as well.
● Manage assigned projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
● Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
● Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
● Create and document a learning directory of the process.
