Job Description
This role will be responsible to be the focal point from Demand Management team to receive, screen, negotiate, validate and maintain all BSS (Business Support System) requirements other departments and from within IT department ensuring shorter time to market for new products and change requests.
• Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering and documentation
• Analyze business requirement and raw data to produce a structured relational and/or dimensional data model that resonates with user requirements
• Prepare technical/functional requirements in forms of standardized templates that facilitate easy development
• E2E requirement handling, documentation, technical implementation, testing and delivery to responsible group.
• Root cause analysis of escalated issues or problems by operation team and find the best solution to resolve it.
• Collaborate and communicate with different technical and commercial departments in order to understand, analyze and develop provisioning related needs.
• Understands Company’s objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities;
• Performs impact analysis of making changes to application systems and supports development of effort/cost estimates;
• Participate in process improvements in the group.
• Proactively manage and prioritize a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations
• Having Knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration.
