Job Description

We need a creative analytical mind in the commercial development team to help us with gathering and finding improvement areas in commercial and categorize, provide solutions (if possible), and then assign to the responsible team or if it is in the field of process or commercial development related capabilities team will take over implementation too.

Identify and evaluate business requirements, uncover areas for development, and suggest improvement areas for the department considering the company goals (both in KPIs and processes).
Analyze the business profits and losses.
Document the findings of the study and prepare recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
Support and get feedback from the stakeholders about the designed solutions.
Study process architecture best practices when benchmarking is needed and suggest customize process based on business requirements.
Write monthly reports about each and every one of the project impacts and latest updates.

Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think critically and creatively.
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Complex problem-solving: identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Strong numerical and analytical skills (translate commercial concepts into quantifiable measurable performance).
Ability to think critically and creatively.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
