CERELAC Brand Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Owns the CERELAC brand strategy, business performance and end-to-end execution. Translates consumer, shopper and commercial insights into growth plans; leads integrated campaigns and innovation/renovation projects; and ensures disciplined investment, execution and performance monitoring.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
• Owns the annual CERELAC brand plan and portfolio strategy, defining growth priorities, target audiences, communication objectives, key initiatives and measurable KPIs in line with local and regional business direction.
• Monitors volume, consumer research, and campaign performance; converts findings into clear recommendations and corrective actions.
• Leads the development and execution of integrated consumer campaigns across media, digital, social, influencer and relevant offline touchpoints, while ensuring compliance.
• Leads agency briefing and management across creative, media, digital, content and research partners; evaluates strategic and creative output and optimizes execution against agreed KPIs.
• Leads local I2L innovation and renovation projects, including concept development, packaging delivery, business cases and launch planning, in coordination with AG, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.
• Owns PFME planning and tracking, including budget allocation, forecasts, PR/PO follow-up, spend control and assessment of investment effectiveness.
• Builds strong alignment with cross-functional, regional and head-office stakeholders and ensures all brand activities comply with Nestle policies, the WHO Code and local regulations.

REQUIREMENTS
• Typically 4+ years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare, with proven end-to-end ownership of a brand or major portfolio and measurable commercial results. Demonstrated ownership and impact matter more than tenure alone.
• Hands-on experience in defining and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing media activities, setting campaign and brand KPIs, and monitoring performance to optimize results.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret sales, market share, distribution, pricing, consumer, media and financial data and translate them into decisive actions.
• Proven project-management experience across innovation/renovation, packaging, launches and multi-channel brand activation, with strong attention to detail and delivery discipline.
• Sound understanding of PFME management, budget prioritization, business cases and marketing effectiveness.
• Strong agency management, stakeholder influence, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Experience in digital, social, influencer marketing, including performance measurement and optimization.
• Experience in infant nutrition, baby food or another regulated category is an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
