Job Description

- Assuring the right understanding of the brand by all stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, etc.) - Monitoring of the brand impression, being able to recognize whether it is the right time to impose any changes related to the brand or not. For example: rebranding or replacing) - Key contact point of the brand for all stakeholders - keeping the integrity and consistency of the brand, (tone of voice, visual identity, persona…) in all contact points - Management of the brand development and creating sub-brands maximizing the brand profits and benefits for all stakeholders Receiving customers’ feedback regarding product quality, price, etc. - Having a regular communication with other departments, especially Sales, Production and Financial Departments - Identifying contact points of the customers and illustrating a concept and suitable material for advertising (newspapers, magazines, websites, weblogs, banners, billboards, etc.) - Recommending any changes in naming, packaging and design (size, color and key features) for new and existing products - Attending events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences, etc.) - Preparing the annual advertising budgets of the brand - Collecting and analyzing market information, i.e. competitors’ activities, market’s trend and customers’ behaviors
