Job Description
Brand Executive is responsible for developing and executing branding plans (short and long-term). Ensure optimized business results through effective and efficient management of the branding function. Ensure full alignment of all business decisions and activities in the field of sales, distribution, and branding with company strategies, procedures, and processes.
Key responsibilities:
● Participate in the achievement of key performance indicators for the market.
● New product introductions and line extensions.
● Execute BU’s branding strategy in conjunction with the marketing department.
● Implement detailed annual brand activation plans in conjunction with marketing and sales plans
● Ensure performance to meet and exceed the plans and provide detailed branding activities plans to support these plans.
● Ensure that the impact of branding decisions on the company’s business objectives is properly communicated and understood.
● Reevaluate current branding strategies, models, and organization to ensure setting up proper marketing structure in the sales and marketing department with the help of internal resources as well as third-party organizations.
● Ensure all mutually agreed branding plans strategies are implemented through direct sales channels, key accounts, and distributors.
● Monitor activities and formulate proposals and decisions to secure consistent implementation of affected plans, strategies, and objectives.
● Create and maintain strong agency/supplier relationships.
● Generate regular and special reports for the line manager that summarize and forecast business activities and the financial position of the products and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
