Job Description

- Preparing financial statements and analysis for branch - Managing and supervising department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership - Assisting with customer service and satisfaction - Marketing branch within the community to attract business - Recording and researching all financial information for analysis - Developing and implementing sales plans - Conducting regular sales and operations meetings - Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information - Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community - Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback - Resolving customer problems as needed - Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities - Organizing staff and equipment and appointing them in the form of defined needs in the branch under command - Dividing tasks between employees based on organizational priorities and abilities and records to do things - Following the existing methods and structures and localizing them - Carrying out the tasks assigned by the executive deputy - Handling initial personnel requests, complaints and personnel suggestions - Preservation and protection of the company's property in the collection under supervision and authority - Preparation of daily and monthly performance reports

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in management - Minimum 35 years old - Being autonomous and responsible - English language knowledge - Computer skills and ICDL - Totally Familiar with Mashhad city & suburb - Totally Familiar with Khorasan Province industries - Knowledgeable about customs regulations, commercial issues and sales methods and strategies - Having decision making skills, creativity, commitment, versatility, discipline - Accurate and precise attention to details - Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead - Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients, and businesses - Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge - Able to analyze financial records and transfer data - Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals - Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions - Focused on customer service - Have at least a bachelor's degree
