Job Description
The branch expansion manager in Khodro45 is a senior-level position that is in charge of growing branches and play a crucial role in business growth. He/She can have many duties, but in general, their main job is to direct and oversee all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, financial aspects and administration in accordance with the bank's objectives. you will be responsible for assigning, managing and directing all work performed in the branches of Khodro45.
Responsibilities:
- Research local market conditions.
- Identify current and prospective sales and expansion opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
- Meet business goals and metrics.
- Locate areas for building.
- Propose corrective actions.
- Manage budget and allocate resources appropriately.
- Address subordinates' and employees' needs and trying to allocate them properly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards.
- Comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Prepare and present reports on market movement and penetration.
