POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a senior Backend Developer to design and maintain the backbone of our OTT platform. You will build scalable, secure systems that power Live streaming, VOD, UGC, and platform customization.
Your responsibilities include:
● Designing and implementing backend services and APIs
● Managing media ingestion, processing, and delivery workflows
● Ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
● Collaborating with frontend and product teams
● Contributing to system architecture and infrastructure decisions
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
● Designing APIs for new OTT features
● Using AI to generate, optimize, and test backend code
● Reviewing logs and performance metrics
● Scaling services to handle increased traffic
● Collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams
SKILLS
Technical Skills
● Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.)
● Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs
● Knowledge of databases and cloud-native systems
● Understanding of media pipelines and OTT architectures
AI & Engineering
● Ability to use AI for system design, coding, testing, and debugging
Professional Skills
● Strong problem-solving ability
● High reliability and ownership
● Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
