Job Description
-Market research supported by ongoing visits to customers dealers & being able to create the competitor’s SWOT -Formulating strategy for developing higher sale performance -Developing a deep understanding of the marketplace and creating product programs superior to the competition -Travel across the country in order to find potential customers -Building a team, leadership, goal setting and review, development and follow-up, performance, etc. for the related sales team for achieving targets according to the approved budget -Expanding business within existing customer accounts
Requirements
-Having market knowledge on car tuning & related accessories -Enough knowledge on market development issues -5 years’ experience with the same job group -Ability to team building and team leading -Ability to presentation and negotiation -Problem-solving -Result Oriented -Working well under pressure
