-Market research supported by ongoing visits to customers dealers & being able to create the competitor’s SWOT
-Formulating strategy for developing higher sale performance
-Developing a deep understanding of the marketplace and creating product programs superior to the competition
-Travel across the country in order to find potential customers
-Building a team, leadership, goal setting and review, development and follow-up, performance, etc. for the related sales team for achieving targets according to the approved budget
-Expanding business within existing customer accounts
