Job Description
1. Localization spare parts suppliers selecting 1) Compile the RFQ files according to the Project Information 2) Make potential suppliers Assessment together with Product Engineer and SQE 3) Require the suppliers to have a quotation of the localized spare parts, analyze the quotation, negotiate with suppliers to make a reasonable price of the Spare parts. 4) Compile all the quotations on one file, recommend the highest cost efficiency supplier, and submit to the Purchasing Committee to approve. 5) Establish supplier Data Base of Iran market. 2. Contracts Management 1) Sign the contracts with determined suppliers, including “Confirmation of Source of Spare partsâ€, “Parts Pricing Contractâ€, “Tooling Pricing Agreement†and “General Terms and Conditions for The Procurementâ€. 2) Keep all the contracts in file for reference. 3. Order Placing 1) Place the order through the Production Planning. 2) Follow the order and make sure the spare parts to be delivered on time.
Requirements
1. Has certain supplier resources in Iran market. 2. Familiar with the Localization Regulations and Policy of Iran market. 3. At least 5 years working experience in Vehicle Spare parts Localization work. 4. Has Engineering or Mechanism education background. 5. Fluent in English speaking and proficient English writing ability. 6. Familiar with Catia, AutoCAD and MS software.
