Job description:
● Supplier relationship management through phone, e-mail, face to face and supplier review meetings.
● Price negotiations to get the right price, right quality for services for both company (BIC and TPA).
● Identify, negotiate and deliver cost saving opportunities.
● Local supplier’s evaluation & selection.
● Develop reliable main suppliers and a contingency plan.
● Contract preparation (A to Z) and taking it to the last stage including the approval process.
● Interact with Finance to resolve issues related to supplier payments.
● Interact with internal teams and suppliers to solve major supplier related issues
● Provide regular update about orders status and contracts.
● Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
● Support the organization through activities focused on cost reduction
