Job Description

Savola is looking for a highly-organized and hardworking individual to help lead one of our world-class hunting product brands. A successful Assistant Brand Manager will be organized, analytical, and creative. He or She will play a vital role in execution of all day-to-day activities which support the brand. The Assistant Brand Manager will participate in the development of the brand’s strategic plan. Assistant Brand Managers will help manage the new product development process and work cross-functionally with other divisions to support all functions of the brand. • The main account abilities are as follow: • Prepares market dynamics/sales and associated consumer KPIs(Effectiveness & Efficiency). • Assist in the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns. • Understand and Interpret appropriate Data sources to help generate Insights & Commercial Opportunities distribution level • Plan development, brand performance and ability to suggest appropriate changes to ensure commercial delivery • Assist in generation of insight based ideas & assisting in the delivery of launch plans • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement • Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies and standards • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management/ Marketing • At least 2 years relevant experience in marketing • Marketing communication/innovation/ 4P/Consumer research • Commercial understanding • Microsoft office proficiency • Advanced English knowledge
