Job Description

Objective of the role: increase the speed and quality of sale process retaining the customers keeping. List of responsibilities: - Sales planning and marketing - Review competitors and goods in the market - Holding seminars and exhibitions - Provide periodic reports - Continuous follow-up and communication with customers - Follow up on financial settlement - Track customer orders and complaints and respond to them - Supervision of the regional sale expert and field activities. Reporting to: sale manager. Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.

Requirements

University Qualifications: engineering (agriculture). Nature and length of previous experience Good knowledge about plant production At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in agricultural inputs, particularly fertilizers Excellent communication and trade negotiation skills Ability to travel to different locations in the region as much as needed . Specialist knowledge Good knowledge in computer, digital communication software and apps, and MS office .
