Job Description

  • Maintain and increase the sales of the company’s products and reach the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base.
  • Regularly review sales data and create reports for the sales manager.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Some years of experience in FMCG sales.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office.
