Job Description

- Checking the quality of provided services to the customers - Monitor and supervise service reports - Manage customer relations - Plan and organize periodic visits for key customers and get feedback for improvement - Negotiate warranty contracts

Requirements

- Degree of education: At least a bachelor's degree in electrical and mechanical engineering - Has at least 8 years of management experience in after-sales service of home appliance manufacturing complexes - Knowledge of after-sales service software (Soroshan) - Knowledge of all parts of the production of home appliance products - Ability in customer relationship and complaint handling system - Master the principles and techniques of negotiation, information analysis and product problem solving - Ability to discover new after-sales service representatives - Ability to arrange agency contracts
